I have lived here for too many years, and I cannot wait to move!! Though it's a condo now, don't rent from an outside management company!
Mold is painted over.
Squirrels & bats live in the walls.
Tile falls off the wall in the tub. Inadequate storage space.
Outside walls allow for flooding during storms (like hurricanes - Jeanne, Frances).
Appliances do not work, nor do they get replaced.
On the up-note:
24-hour gym & racquetball court access.
Night-time security.
