Pretty bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/10/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   Not enough maitenece workers, my roof caved in last year in the kitchen and it took over a month for them to do a shoddy job of spackeling and spray painting. Lots of problems with A/C, kitchen appliances. Took a year to get a new refridgerator when ours was broken. Not very helpful office with limited office hours.
