I was very surprised at the content of the review titled "loud neighbors,nosy manager". I have lived in Southern Villas for approximately one year. I have never found the conditions described in above review. I noted the writer did not care to sign the review.
My neighbors in Southern Villas have always been respectful. The manager does manage the complex. When one family suffered a tragedy,the manager stepped forward and lead a drive to raise funds for the family. As for as the manager being nosy it is her job to know what is happening in the complex. She always gives notice of inspection dates. As for as families having bar b cues out side I fail to see the negative side of that. It creates a very nice aroma. If loud music was a problem in Southern Villas I would not want to be the one causing the disturbance because the manager would have to be dealt with. Gerald Gill
