Dont Believe All The You Read Here I have lived at The Crossings for 5 years and in the past 3 years with the new manager there the complex has become a very nice place to live. Yes she is super strict but there is alot that has changed and improved like the gates working, new pool furniture

Not too shabby I was very happily shock to find how quiet Harbour Cay is. My apartment is huge for the price and they have been doing a lot of upgrades on the property. It's right in town and close to everything so I can't complain. Very nice place to live if I do say so myself.

Not a nice place to live... Lived there for almost two years and moved out because of noise at all times of the night. Also, they try to extort money from you to pay for other peoples damages. If you do decide to live there, take pictures and be careful of what you sign with them.

Great office staff I personally have been happy here lately. The place was starting to go down hill a little a couple of years ago but the managers have really gotten a hold of what was going on. I haven't had any problems with neighbors or parking in over a year. (I've lived here for 4)
