The complex has 500 units and converted less than 2 years ago to condominiums. They have on-site management company - Southeastern Services.
I moved here about 4 months ago and although the building and location is ok, the management is the worst I have ever dealt with. The property manager (Lisa Gray) won't return your calls and the only way to talk to her is walk in and try to find her. She changes the building policy without informing the residents, i.e. no move-in/outs on weekends. Besides that you will encounter other problems such as rude guards, lost checks and work orders. If you want to live in the area try and find a different building or you might regret it as I do. Feel free email for more info. I am sure there will be positive feedbacks following mine from the office staff. I've done property management myself and know how it works.

This complex has a great deal of potential but needs a major change in management to move in the right direction.

Although there is negative feedback about the property manager, what about the others in the office that actually does work? Isn't there anyone that has tried to help?

I agree with you about the policy changes. I had to move my things in and found out that you have to pay a fine. Lisa always has that girl to do her dirty work. I hope she wises up and gets out of there. Everyone should wise up and leave that office because they are getting a bad rap for just one person
