I couldn't agree more. I live there as well and could not be more disappointed. Southeastern Services is deplorable as property managers. They will never return phone calls and are not gun shy about sending threatening letters when they loose rent checks, etc. They really suck at customer service. The hallways are filthy w/ dog and pet excrement (they allow any size pets). Apartment insulation is really poor therefore it is noisy from other apartments. We have had to struggle to get them to fumigate (only once have they come) in the year we've been there.

They undertook a new pool construction last year and informed tenants of it two days before construction began, that which obstructed the flow from the building to the back gate. Construction was supposed to have finished by August 2005 and today, 1/10/2006, is still about 50% incomplete.

I feel bad for the Owners who think their condos are being well managed. I'm leaving and I would discourage anyone from living here.

Yeah, two years later and they still haven't finished that pool.
