This "gated community" has so many broken locks that anyone can get in. the fence to the apartments next door is broken down and people are always roaming our grounds after dark. several motor cycles and a car have been stolen in the last month. myself and several neighbors have complained repeatedly, to no avail. i moved in two years ago and was told the pool was almost finished...20 months later and its still not done. the office center computer and fax have never worked since i have been here, the pool is most often filthy and freezing cold (its not heated by the way) the jacuzzi has not worked since june.the elevator in my building is broken at least three days out of the week, cockroaches roam the hallways. when i moved in on the agreed day of the start of my lease(with the rented uhaul and several friends who took time off of work to help) there was still furniture in the unit. management refused to get the items out that day....it took two more days for the items to be removed and i was not able to get them to reimburse me for the lost monies of a rented truck for 3 extra days. OR PRORATE MY RENT FOR THE THREE DAYS I COULD NOT GET IN. when i did move in the place was filthy...dirty shower, stained carpet, rotten food in the fridge, etc. cicumstances led me to stay here an other year after the first but i am outta here now...this place is a pit..

For the record, it is now June 2007, and the pool is still NOT DONE.

what in the world is holding up this process? Im still waiting for this pools creation. this is absolutely ridiculous! The management of this office are a bunch of fools. How do we get a change in management?
