It's been 3 weeks since I moved in and yet there has been no solution to my problem. More than one call a day to Mrs. Paola Chais (who told me before I signed the contract that she will be in charge of ANYTHING that may go wrong with the unit) and today (March 22nd 2007) I'm still waiting for it to happen!!!
I even filed a written complaint to the management office, but seems like it is not enough.
They just dont care about you once you are in.
NON-PROFESSIONAL STAFF, TERRIBLE SERVICE, NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I have to say I have work with PAOLA CHAIS many times she has help my friends and family to find apartments to live and we have no complains at all...Paola Chais gave us the best customer service and help us in anything we needed it not only before we move in but after. We will give her name to anybody we know is looking for a place to move.
