I like living at Porto Bellagio. I have lived here a few years and it is a great place. The pools and gym are great. It is close to the beach. The people who work here are always nice to me and my family.

I love it I live in PB Bldg. 1 part time and I really look forward to my stays there. I love the new security team. The buildings staff are great and the management office is wonderful -- attentive and sensitive to our needs. I can't imagine anyone not loving it there unless they are trying to

Great Place! Porto Bellagio is a very nice place. We were tenant in January 2010 and we recommend it. The pool area and gardens are great, It's walking distance to the beach and many stores around.

Nice at first but once you sing the contract it all changes I lived there for 2 years, buildin 3 last year, and i lived the year before in buildin 2. Completly 2 different worlds. i had no problems at all in buildin 2, but in buildin 3, its a complet mess. fire alarm would go off

RUDE MANAGEMENT STAY AWAY !!! I was a tenant there and had to deal with the worst management, at first the building was really impressing, but when I had to deal with the management it turned to be a nightmare and i was extremely sorry that I ever moved in there.

Worst service ever!!!! It's been 3 weeks since I moved in and yet there has been no solution to my problem. More than one call a day to Mrs. Paola Chais (who told me before I signed the contract that she will be in charge of ANYTHING that may go wrong with the unit) and today (March 22nd 2007)

Not everything is management's fault I lived at Porto Bellagio. Although there are some things left to be desired like dog wastes and broken elevators, there are people who live here that don't abide by the rules either. How about tailgating another vehicle because they don't want

It has its moments I would only recommend this place to a very select group of people: dog owners. While the management is horrendous, the complex has fostered a playgroup-type atmosphere for dogs and their owners. It is the only place in this area to have no dog restrictions.
