This place is a joke! I have lived in this community for a very long time...since it used to be called The Park at Sawgrass. It used to be a lovely place to live, quiet and clean with respectable people living there. Now, since the ------ people took over everything has changed. They decided to convert to condos which was a complete joke! They turned the rental office into a "Sales Center" complete with these hoochies from Miami that were supposed to be sales people. They wanted to charge over $300,000 for the apartment we live in which is three bedroom two bath, about 1100 square feet. Are they kidding me' When the places didn't sell (BIG SURPRISE) they started leasing again to fill them up. What they did was fill the place up with a bunch of pigs! People leaving trash all over the place, letting their dogs poop wherever they feel like it they have their lowrider cars parked all over the place so the property looks like "the hood". You have to call the office at least three times to get anything accomplished or to get something fixed and then half the time they show up and don't fix anything. Our upstairs neighbors are constantly getting into fights and we have had to call the cops dozens of times. They have big parties at the pool at 2:00 am when the pool is supposed to close at sundown. The places are becoming run down and the owners don't want to spend the money to fix anything so it just looks like HELL. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to move here...the prices are ridiculous ....OH and did I mention the ROACH problem' End of story!

Who ever did this posting had to be someone who probably got evicted, probably that is the reason why he/she made stupid comments. I've lived here for 4 years and never had a problem, the MAINTENANCE PERSONAL usually get the job done the same day you request it. They even call you back to find out if the problem in the apartment got done to our standards. I went through the hurricane 2 years ago and the team was the best. Roaches problems?? It could be because you left trash inside your apartment or left food all over the floor. Never had roaches in my apartment and I even have referred other friends to live here and they don't have the roach problem as you mentioned. You have to be someone who probably owes money to the apartment complex. This place is nice and the people who works in the office are very helpful.

oh please don't feed people that bulshit! I live there NOW and wish the hell i could get out of here.....but who has almost $3000 ------- dollars to break your lease. And the staff...just RUDE! Horrible parking in front, loud ass parties in the middle of the night, and let's just say....very overrated!

I live there from May of 2004 to June of 2005 and loved it. Service was prompt and efficient, the people nice, the place spotless. My only complaint is that when I moved out they tried to charge me for carpet cleaning, when they always replaced the carpets every time a tenant moved out. Other than that, I only moved because I bought a house in a different area.
