I've lived at the Colonade for less than a year. I'm being transferred because of my job, and thank goodness! It's not a safe place to live. The air conditioners are so noisy that if you can sleep through the night, you're lucky. My unit has no upgrades-old cabinetry. The 2nd bedroom is so small I can only get a bed in there.
Bad ant problem. Pool closes at dark, so for those of us who work, we can't even use it in the evenings during the winter/spring months. I'm glad to be moving!
