I was in Colonnades for a year in a 2-bedroom unit. The inside was spacious, I had the smaller room and it was HUGE with 2 closets and a semi-private bath. What we hated was the outside. Bratty children playing in the parking lot, will just stand and stare at you when you try to drive through, bouncing their footballs off everyone's cars. Management swears they've spoken with the parents, yet the kids don't stop. We'vee called the cops on the brats at least twice. Gate nearly always broken. Worst of all was the dumpster - it would fill within a day, yet pickup was only intermittent. Trash would pile up next to the dumpster, all through the shed, and spill out onto the street. The stench was awful. And this dumpster was right at the front gate!!! I am glad we moved out, though I do miss the huge bedroom.
