We moved in about a month ago. The dishwasher doesn't work, the toilet in one bathroom doesn't work. There is a pest problem. We have complained multiple times and maintenance has come out a few times but everything is still broken.

If I could go back in time I wouldn't have signed the lease. I am moving out the minute my lease is out
