I have lived here for almost two years, the only reason my husband and I re-signed was because they promised us a new rug... never happened. The maintainence never comes to fix any problem, instead they walk around your apartment checking out the stuff you own. I have water damage from the old air conditioner leaking-that's when it does work, and water damage from the hurricane that was never fixed... my sink leaked and it took them over a week to get someone to fix it.. they left the moldy rotting wood underneath the sink there. we had drug dealers above us for a while, who had their "client" hit our car while pulling away. the office staff does nothing. I would recommend going somewhere else!
