the ducks by the water are nice to have around. we had a second floor one bedroom and it was overall nice but lots of shady people going around. maintence was terrible and we moved into a roach infested apartment with broken cabinets. and we were friends with our leasing agent. after expressing anger over the cabinet latches, roaches all over and dirty apartment (water damage, stains, etc)we were promised a gift card if we went on ahead and worked with them. almost 3 years later we never got it. also we had to fight for our sec deposit. the manager is very rude and won't talk to you directly. and we had a neighbor who actually got too touchy with me and we had to file a complaint. nothing happened with that so we broke our lease and got the hell out of there.
