Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Maintenance is terrible, the A/C doesn't work half the time. The insects are out of control. Every apartment is infested with ants, no matter what you do. Multiple cars have been vandalised. It is now being converted to condos. I would never buy one. This place is a dump.
