I've lived here for almost 2 years. The apartments converted to condos and the work they put into fixing the units was purely cosmetic. The paint jobs are horrible. The building signs keep falling off. They even put the Grand Opening sign back up 6 months after the original opening. The hot tub has not worked since I moved in and the pool is closed for maintenance constantly. The exterior light outside the door has been out for almost 8 months.
