This Apartment Property DOES have a bug problem! One big roach landed on my head during the evening. Also, this property DOES NOT FOLLOW FLorida Statute when you exit. They do not give proper reason to withhold deposit. They just keep it and say you owe more without telling you what the problem is. They also put notices on your door telling you not to store any ladders or storage boxes on the balcony because it UNSIGHTLY or they will Inform the SHERIFF. Hey! I pay rent don't I ''' STAY AWAY from this property.
