unfortunately we've lived here for a few years and this place has gone from bad to worse. sunrise is a beautiful city to live in, however this is sunrise's mini ghetto in this small space of land. the owner doesn't care about the tenants concerns, especially if you're not hispanic, then they really won't listen to what you have to say. there's alot of discrimination and racism, there's little to no maintenance of the buildings and the equipment in the apartments. there's no insulation between the walls and floors so you can hear people talking and their televisions when they're on. the city of sunrise has been called out here a number of times because people do mechanic work in this yard and park cars that aren't in working condition, here to fix. the city of sunrise has done nothing about it. they recently had the nerve to increase the rent. if some of us had a choice we would move so fast out of this dump. the manager and manageress can't communicate well and if someone says something or complains, they have a nasty habit of evicting people that don't agree with them. There's no place for kids to play except unsupervised by their parents in the middle of the parking lot. They have been known to paint over modly walls, so you can run the risk of getting sick and everything in this place is old...don't be fooled just by a few new cupboards and handles they put in, and some basic tiles. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU ARE TOTALLY DESPERATE, AND DON'T MIND FIGHTING FOR A PARKING SPACE EVERY NIGHT AND WEEKEND, EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY RENT HERE JUST LIKE OTHERS.

I've lived there and know everything your talking about. It sounds like the same married landlords we had I think they were from Germany. Anyway Im sorry your stuck there...I'll pray for you
