THIS IS ONE, NO IM SORRY, THE WORST PLACE I'VE LIVED SINCE I MOVED TO FLORIDA. THEY FIX NOTHING, CLEAN NOTHING. IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT THEY SAY YOU DIDN'T BECAUSE THEY FIALED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH RECIETS, THEN THEY RE-CHARGE YOU WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND THE SMELL OF GARBAGE AND RATS RUNNING ACROSS YOUR FEET. DON'T LET THE POOL FOOL YOU EITHER...HALF THE TIME ITS NEVER OPEN.OH, AND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT, DONT EVEN THINK YOU GETTING THAT BACK. IF KATHY NEEDS TO PAY HER BILLS, YOU HIT. AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. I MOVED OUT(THANK GOD) ON SEPT.1,2009,WHEN MY LEASE WAS UP. THE MANAGER KATHY SAYS THAT I MOVED OUT ON SEPT.10,2009. THATS WHY SHE HAS THE RITE TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT. EVEN THOUGH MY LEASE CLEARLY STATED IT ENDED ON SEPT.1,2009.TILL THIS DAY I AM STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. IF ANY ONE HAS ANY INFORMATION AS TO CONTACT SOME ONE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THESE CROOKS PLEASE LET ME KNOW.FOR THE MEAN TIME, KATHY,IF I SEE YOU YOUR ASS IS MINE!!

Lucky you, at least you moved out. I moved out about a month ago but my parents still live there unfortunately. They are a bunch of crooks over there and Constantine Ardelain is the owner of the property and he's just a low life that could care less. I've seen him throw out an elderly lady who was a resident there for many years. He and his clan are all shitheads including that chick. That place needs to be reported to the city of Sunrise Code Enforcement. It is over run with rats, the other day I went by and saw a rat dying right in front of the elevator. Also it smells like one died inside the elevator shaft. I've taken photographs to prove it and plan to submit it to the city of Sunrise. They have no right to be charging the ridiculous amount they charge in rent for that --------. It is Sunrise's mini ghetto...nestled between some really nice places and golf courses. I think it should be condemned...its gross. They also should be reported to code enforcement and have a structural engineer come out and inspect the place because those places were built and designed with carpet...but the smartasses decided to "modernize" the place by ripping out the carpet and laying down tiles without any insulation...so I can hear people walking upstairs, I can hear when they flush their toilets etc. etc. etc. Tiles weigh more than carpet, and its putting more weight on the load bearing walls...who knows, the structures may collapse oneday. Also do you know they have the nerve to put an ad in the Apartment guide books that you can pickup at your local grocery store...those photos look nice but maybe I can post a review on that site and put up the REAL PHOTOS, rats, garbage and all!!!! Good luck trying to get back your money.
