Where do I start'! After only being in this hell hole 4 days, our washer did not properly work. Maintenance called itself fixing the issue and the washer began leaking late at night. I called our 24 hour maintenance line and was asked to move the washer myself. When I advised maintenance that I was a very pregnant woman, I was told that since the water was just leaking and not gushing out, it was not an emergency and to wait until the next day. Of course the carpet flooded and nothing was done. Next, there was a leak in our bathroom and bedroom. The carpet flooded, wall molded, and wood rotted. ON TOP OF THAT, two MUSHROOMS GREW OUT OF THE AFFECTED AREA!!!! Maintenance took over a month to fix the issue which was eventually discovered to be our toilet. In the meantime, the rotting spread to the walk in closet and almost to my clothes. It was disgusting! Obviously there was fungus in the room but nothing was done about it. Maintenance simply plucked the mushroom and carried on as if that was okay. Our water closet leaked and flooded our entire hallway only because when the leak was first reported, maintenance kept draining the water for 3 weeks instead of fixing the problem. There solution was for us to lay a bath towel down in the most soiled area until they get it repaired. The kitchen stove and disposal do not work, and the kitchen drawer broke and remained that way for 2 weeks. I was walked in on while undressed 3 times due to unannouced visits by maintenance, carpet cleaners, and an exterminator (for the ant problem that was there when we moved in). They just walked in the door as if they were renting there! When I notified the office they replied, "No one walks in on tenants". Needless to say, nothing was handled properly. The office staff are slow and inefficient. I have to report problems 3-4 times to 2-3 different people before it is handled. My neighbor throws concerts for the entire complex by BLASTING music all day and the office acts like this is the norm. We lived in these deplorable conditions with young children! Finally all cars in the property's lots were vandalized and nothing was done about it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
