Lake Royale is a great place to live and I would recommend anyone to move here.
The owners and workers keep the prperty clean and whenever there is a problem with the apartment someone is out to fix it in no time!!!!!! I have been here for almost 2 years and dont plan on moving anytime soon.
The apartments themselves are beautiful inside alot of space, I dont see how there are any complaints, the complaints if anything should be against people that come to visit our apartments not the neighbors or the owners!!!!!!!!!

Lies, Lies, and more Lies, My fiance and I moved in 2 years ago and to say that it has been a struggle with maintenance is an understatement.
PROS-large layout, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with 1 half bathroom.
large kitchen and very large patio with ample space for storage.
CONS-Upon moving in the dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine did not work. Maintenance was rude insisted that it was our imagination and gave us a hard time, but we stayed on their case and each one was reluctantly replaced (used appliances). SPIDERS AND ANTS LIVE HERE!!!!!!!. DOG FECES, DUCK FECES, DOG URINE ARE AN EVERY DAY ISSUE.
THE MAIL ROOM IS DISGUSTING, A FEW MAIL BOXES HAVE BEEN BROKEN FOR 2 YEARS AND MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS. THE FLOORS AND HALLWAYS ARE FILTHY, SALIVA, MUCOUS CAN BE FOUND CONSTANTLY IN THE ELEVATORS (WALLS AND FLOORS). Neighbors are loud, Police show up on a regular bases, and The children run up and down the stairs all hours of the night (where are these parents). The Police are constantly called because of the noise and the neighbors domestic issues (not an isolated incident).
Did I mention, the dog feces, urine and duck feces and urine, MANAGEMENT DOES NOT BELIEVE IN CLEANING. FURNITURE WILL STAY DUMPED OUTSIDE FOR MONTHS GOING ON A YEAR BEFORE THEY REMOVE THEM, THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY, LAZY, LAZY LAZY.
LEASE CONTRACTS- They increased our rent by $50, I have spoken to other tenants whose lease was only raised $15, we now pay $1150 for rent, but management will be quick to put up a late notice on your door and threaten you with eviction if the rent is late. I have spoken to other tenants in the building and they have had broken appliances for years they have just given up and they cannot afford to move.
RUN, RUN, RUN I TELL ,THIS IS THE LAST PLACE THAT YOU SHOULD RENT.
