I love living here, been renting for 3 yrs and love the people. (so many hotties guys and girls) Love the staff,(the property manager is hot and they have this Latin guy in the office, hot damn!) always go the extra mile for me. Love the apts, very cute units and people out sunning either at one of their 2 beautiful pools or by the sand volley ball area, so many hotties jumping up and down. I lived at this community at none of what the above writer said was true. Particularly after hurricane Wilma. They made no attempts to repair the community. The maintenance staff is barely there and the managment staff is practically non-existant. There is only one person working in the office now and he is nice but unhelpful. He only gives you the company lines "we'll take care of it in 2-3 business days" for everything. This complex is going condo, the owners sent all the residents certified letters saying they had to buy or move. Doesn't sound like they are getting any better.

I have no idea where THAT person lived! What I do know is that it wasn't at Lakes at Welleby! (By the way, The username says it all: Acid Trip)
