Seems like they have finally put some $$ into all the units & the property in this community. It has been completely renovated. Looks great! All apartment units have new rugs, tiles, kitchen & bathrooms. Love the area only 5 minutes to Sawgrass Mall & Grade A schools. It's quite and beautiful with many amenities such as tennis, raquetball courts, pools, fitness center, clubhouse, & picnic area. Property value definitely rising with the new Artesia & Tao going up across from the Bank Atlantic Center.

It's because they're condo conversions now. I lived there before. They never spent a dime to fix anything.

Yeah, well they finally sold the property to someone who has put the cash into the place. New management means good things. I look it up it's a reputable company that has bought the property. That's why it now Looks Great! As they say you need money to make money.
