Since we've moved in here, the AC freezes up constantly, we've got constant wet carpets from the upstairs neighbor's AC freezing up. Things do not get repaired, and this even predates their "condo conversion" Our stove caught on fire due to a wiring short, and we had to use it without the large burner (I had to cut and tie off the wires myself) for several months until mngmt finally sent some maintainence people who didn't speak english, didn't replace the stove, and only rewired the burner. When the garbage disposal broke down, after repeated requests for repair due to the smell, I finally had to take it out myself, walk into the office with it and ask management if I should leave it with them to be repaired. (they came out and fixed it the following day) The so called "Exercise room" has broken equipment, many times has no air, and is often locked. I know of several tenants with 2nd and third floor apartments that STILL have serious roof leaks from Wilma. STAY AWAY!!!
