I lived there for two years and recently moved out. I had numerous maintnence problems that took weeks for them to send some one to look at much less fix. Any work they did fix was done with spit and glue! The office staff and maintnence crew spoke little to no english, and if they did it was incredibly broken and you couldnt understand a word they said. The dumpsters were always full and over flowing which caused a horrible stench in the parking lots. The hot tub worked possibly two times my entire stay and thats even pushing it. The pool was constantly filthy and the gate was always locked and we had to go through the office to get in because they failed to give us a key after numerous requests. When i decided to move out they tried to charge me with damage to the place that was already there when I moved in to begin with....its a good thing i had photos dated to prove! Did i mention that when it was time for me to renew they wanted to charge me more rent per month, when i looked online it showed they were giving the same apartment i was renting for much cheaper then what i was paying previous to the raise i just spoke about. Two of my stove burners never worked the entire two years i lived there despite numerous requests. Unless you want to live in a foreign country DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I had the same type of experience. What's really sad is that we had a ton of water damage from Hurricane Wilma and even though they re-roofed the place, they never replaced the wood that was damaged. The people that purchased our unit bought it without having seen it. Needless to say there was a communication barrier...I cannot even imagine what the poor residents are in for after being charged for maintenance now. Maintenance is nonexistent, customer service is a joke, and unless Spanish is your first language you might want to pick up a Spanish-English dictionary on your way to the U-Haul.

I am currently living in this community since 7 months. No doubt it is terrible to live here. They never co-operate, infact most of the times treat tenant very roodly. If you request for any problem, if you are lucky than they take one week to fix it, sometime more than that. Never listen to your problem always referring their rigid rules instead of addressing your problem. Dont know where these rules are written even their rules violating tenant basic rights. Stay away , I am also trying to move as soon as possible.
