I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who are either single or with a small family. The apartments are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with it's own small patio. I know they've just recently renovated the entire complex (including new roofs, granite countertops, microwaves ovens, paint) and it's even better than when I lived there.

The thing that I liked most (and miss now) is the friendliness and concern of the staff. Barbara (office manager) and Luis (maintenance) always took care of any needs I had with the apartment and weren't afraid to replace with a new machine or part if needed. And there was no waiting two and three days for them to come around and fix what needed to be fixed.

People in the community are pretty friendly and respectful of the other's property. And even with the many children in the there, noise isn't an issue. (You can't even hear your next door neighbors, from inside the apartment).

I spent two hurricanes here and felt completely safe. The great thing about this area, is that if the lights do go out, you are one of the first to have them restored, due to the hospitals and city buildings in the area.

While the grounds may not be the most lush or beautiful in this area, the CARE you are given can't be matched anywhere this side of Sunrise! My regret is that I had to leave due to my new additions to my family. I still live in the area (less than a minute away) and have lived in some of the larger apartments and they can't compare to the customer service and now other amenities (granite countertops) that you'll find here.
