I have lived in this complex for a good number of years, and have always been happy with it.... The manager, Barbara, and the maintence crew, Luis and Mark, are always friendly and on top of things.. If somehing needs repairs, you get a response the same day. The service cannot be beat whether it is a big job that requires something replaced, of just a minor repair.

It is a very friendly atmosphere which makes it seem more of a home than apartment living. I like the fact that there are only 4 units in each building, all one story, and all have a nice piece of property around them, especially if you face the lake.

This is a child friendly place, but it isn't noisy at all. Both on the grounds and indoors, it is quiet. I never hear my next door neighbors thru the walls.

The grounds aren't fancy but are well maintained. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in Sunrise. It is close to everything, many schools very close, hospitals, stores, shopping centers, etc... Great location, but you still seem to have alot of privacy in the complex.

It has been a great place to call home.
