The office staff is unable to control the underage (below 18 and younger) from freely taking control of workout room, jacuzzi, pool, etc. Rules are posted, but blatantly ignored. Workout room requires a magnetic access card (after deposit), but office allows children to walk through the main entrance and block the security door open with rocks, paper, wood, or anything else they can acquire. Underage and non-residents block the security door open and go in and out through all hours of the night. Older teenagers are aggressive and beligerent. Most problems appear to be from non-residents who reside in low income apartments immediately adjacent to complex, but others are unsupervised children of residents. Rarely accompanied by adult as required by rules and regulations. Level of control has diminished since I first resided so I will be leaving when my lease has expired.
