I have lived in this complex for 10 years. I continue to live here because considering the spacious floorplan with 1225 sq ft it is definitely the cheapest place in the area still in a fairly safe neighborhood.
Pros: Spacious, fairly quiet considering how big the complex is, CHEAP
Cons: barely enough parking (sometimes not enough), office staff is very non-responsive and usually denies requests unless they see it as routine, maintenance is just okay (used to be TERRIBLE but is better recently)
All in all: you get what you pay for

I just moved in 3 weeks ago. The staff responded quickly to all my requests. I love the space and the area is quiet. I have not been to the pool or the gym, but I do see kids at the pool. It is not a luxury community so of course you get what you pay for. It is cheap and spacious.

LOL. Three (3) weeks is certainly not sufficient time to get an accurate view of the attitudes and staff. Of course there could be other factors involved.
