Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
The overall experiance hear at the Palms has been bad. The staff are very unwilling to help an worse get mad if you complain or even ask a simple question. The garbage situation has been the same since we moved in. Always backed up and lieing on the sidwalk. The water presure in the apartments is none existant, The managment simply refuses to listen and they are charging for the water.
