There was always some type of trouble at this place. "The Palms." Ha! More like the slums. I never could quite figure it out. The simple management and/or slothful maintenance must have been too lazy because something always seemed to be broken (gates, pools, etc.). And I paid a sizable amount for rent (a mortgage is more reasonable). Let's just say that I am very, very happy to have left that putrid place.
