As you can see by the series of posts here, this is NOT the place to be. Many of the problems renters have written about are not minor annoyances, but significant issues that will affect your daily quality of life. For example, low to nearly non-existent water pressure means your morning shower will be a trickle; a serious lack of parking leaves you the choice of parking far away from your unit or parking illegally (in front of fire hydrants or blocking other residents), and paper-thin walls allow an unacceptable level of noise into the units.

Yes, the on-site management consists of idiots who will lie to you about everything, but if you're lucky, you'll rarely have to cross paths with them. Good luck in getting repairs made in a timely manner. But the problems mentioned above will affect your daily life. And believe me, they will not be fixed anytime soon because management clearly does not intend to spend any money to fix these problems.

Meanwhile, the rents keep going up and the quality of tenants keeps going down. I can't wait to move.
