I recently moved out of a high rise located in downtown Ft. Lauderdale and was paying over $2000 a month for a two bedroom. However, the service was terrible. Here at the Palms I pay an average rent and I have the best service in the world. This is really a great place, I guess in the past the service was average but now it is awesome.
