Hi everybody,
This is my 2nd week as a resident and I already hate this place. We submitted the move-in sheet with the problems marked out more than 10 days ago and even after several trips to the leasing office nobody has come to fix the problems yet. Everytime I go to them, they say they will send somebody tomorrow.

The Management is really poor and I don't understand what they do sitting inside. I am scared of spending the next 1 year here.

The only good thing about the apartment is that it is close to everything.

The games have just begun! We lived there for a year and the first week our apt was robbed. Hadent even unpacked yet. The manager told me that I should have locked the door befor leaving for work. "I DID" Then 7 days later we were robbed again and again management tried to blame me, saying that there has NEVER been a problem like that here. Funny that she was telling both me and my next door neighbor at the same, with both of us in tears. The police told us that we were not broken into because a key was used. Never did get anything back. Oh and dont count on the security of the gates. They are broken more often than not. If you are smart you will not ever park your car unless it is in a marked parking spot. You WILL be towed, and have to pay to get your car back. Yes it is close to everything but just wait till the holidays, the traffic gets very bad. I wish you luck and hope for your sake that the year goes by fast.

You have only just begun on your nightmare stay at the Palms! You should have read my review BEFORE you moved in (THE PROBLEMATIC PALMS) - you would not have done it! I had mail stolen from my door and nothing happened. I contacted the MGR and the Police and the Post Office. When I moved in, I found 34 problems and logged them on the move-in sheet, where over 3 years, they fixed 3 things and left 31 problems go.I got tired of going to the Leasing Office, I felt I lived there and not in my apt.! I called 911 at least 9 times for varoius problems, I was almost on a first name basis with 911 and the Pembroke Pines police. Good luck, my friend! You will need much more than that to get through your stay there. with the money you are wasting there, YOU COULD BUY A HOUSE!!!!!

Yes I lived there for 2 years and there were many problems including my $200 electric bill!! This occurred because of a none functioning air conditioner. Also the neighbors left their garbage out all the time 24/7. I made repeated complaints. I was ashamed to let people come to my apartment and this all went on deaf ears. The people downstairs got away with everything. I was told by the maintance people that management dosen't really care as long as the rent is paid. I paid my high rent on time each month and was a good tenant. They must like the scum balls!!!!!!
