Wow, where do I begin'! Oh, I know, lets talk about the prostitutes, or better yet the drug deals... How about the incessant noise pollution' Or perhaps the nonexistent parking' Maybe the valet trash service that sometimes picks up your trash... Geez, so much to say, so little space. We have lived here for about a year and a half and it just keeps getting worse. The parking is ridiculous (but I suppose it would help if the management kept some kind of an eye on the sixty people to one apartment situation), there's always drunk people crashing into the security gates so they don't always work, just below our window there were prostitutes hanging out and a couple of drug deals (mostly due to one of our neighbors who recently had eviction notices splayed all over their door, moved out in the middle of the night - incidentally the only time they were quite - and were allowed to move back in shortly after they fled and returned, but that's another story) apparently the management at the Palms At Sawgrass Mills doesn't do any kind of background check on its tenants, nor do they seem to care that their well-behaved, timely paying residents are dissatisfied with the seriously ghetto living situation. I just can't say enough bad things about this place, but I will because as it is the place is in dire disarray and yet they still want to raise the rent!!! WHAT A @#%#@ JOKE!!!

Amen! I can attest to all of this, and I am sure we are not even in the same building complex, yet the issues are the same throughout the property, each time we see a folkd moving in we cringe at how they manage to find all of the undesireables.
