My husband and I read through all the opinions written here before moving into the Palms six months ago. There is some truth behind a few of the items. The parking situation definitely needs attention. The front gates have been broken twice since we moved in but were repaired quickly. We had a couple of situations that needed attention and the manager was more than willing to sit down and discuss our concerns and find a reasonable solution. We even brought up this website and he took the time to explain all of the property s concerns. This really put our minds at ease, and residents that we talk to really love living here. Once every couple of months they even hold a great party for their residents food, music, games all for free! But no matter where you live there will be bitter, angry people who will find anything to complain about. That s too bad. I guess that s why they remain anonymous. We would recommend this place to anyone. It s not perfect, but what community is' When you come across an apartment complex without a parking problem, a bad resident living next door (which could happen in Beverly Hills, believe me, I speak from experience) or an amenity that s not working properly, let us all know. Until then, how about filling the world with some intelligent criticism the world is filled with enough hatred.
