I don't know where all these negative review are coming from. My wife and I have been here for a year and are renewing our lease. I will say that sometimes the front office is a little slow, but if you're someone that understands what steps to take to get something done...things get done. It's really that simple. I've had 2 or 3 maintenance issues and they were all handled w/in 48 hours (they were non-emergencies). Keep in mind, if you walk into a place all worked up rather than calm and...NORMAL, you'll get a lot more accomplished. Further, when it's not done right away, call back and be firm yet polite. When you're rude and condescending, no one wants to help you!

The grounds are well maintained, but there does tend to be a dog poop problem in the dog areas. There are a handful of us that actually pick up after our dogs, but we're the exception, not the rule. Gates are broken from time to time but definitely function more often than not.

Parking is a problem at the west end of the property, but this is also where the 3 bedroom units are. Most tenants that complain about the parking situation are simply too lazy to walk 50 yards to their cars, so they make space wherever they can. This gets annoying as they're pretty much creating the problem they're complaining about.

I can't speak to the supposed "drug deals and prostitutes" - I've never seen them and I've lived in a few "hoods" in my day, so I'm pretty keen at spotting these things. As for loud neighbours, I don't have them. It's an apartment complex - you're going to hear things from time to time...get over it. You want silence' Buy a ranch!

Overall, it's a nice place to live, well maintained and the staff is quite attentive. I've paid a lot more for a lot less, so you'll really get no complaints from me!

What dog areas? The entire complex is free to be used by the dogs and roaming cats - this week alone I have seen several tenants with more than one dog and no bag, as well as one with a 100lb German Sheppard - that left a very large pile on a walkway - these are not folks that care about their neighbors much less caring about using a bag to "clean-up" the poop!
