Don't let the entrance and club house of the Plams fool you. Management is very difficult to deal with, and have no problems lying to cover things up. Maintenance is good and that is it. There is no where to park unless you want to try at the Quarterdeck across the street. Water pressure is ZERO. Go somewhere else. This is the worst apartment community I have ever lived in.
