When my wife and I first moved in everything was great. We had a great apartment with a great view of the pool. After about two months we started hearing abnoxious music coming from the pool. What the office failed to metnion was that they ALLOW parties to be held at ridiculously LOUD (I cant stress that enough!) levels. We can not wait to get out of here! As for the office staff; they are nice when you move in, but will forget about you once you are here. The parties will continue until you can't stand it anymore. A Sunrise PD told us that the people in the complex should be able to have parties! Yeah, you did read that right! If you can sleep with ear plugs in, then this is a GREAT place for you to live! If you are like the rest of us that have to wake-up at a certain time, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Just to add to the noise problem. The party started at 6pm on Jan 1st and lasted all night. It is now 3am and I am still awake because the neighbor's music can still be heard through the wall!

Others have written about the "valet" trash. Most of what is written here is true. Trash will be left by doors until it smells. The sitting trash also leaves stains in the hallway.

Management here is ridiculous too! The Community Director can never be reached when there is a problem. When I spoke to him about the problems I was told to get police reports because they had no way to know who the offenders were, except that the Sunrise PD WILL NOT DO REPORTS FOR NOISE, but they will give you a call number. Ah, the old catch 22. The management and PD pass the buck back and forth while you are caught in the middle of sleepless nights and smelly trash!

Oh and lets not forget about PARKING. If there is ever a fire, you better PRAY that someone did not park in front of the hydrant. People also park in the street and block the round-abouts in the complex. Management has said that they are working on the problem and they did hire a parking service enforcement company, but have yet to have any results.

Last but not least, the cost of living here. We pay for an "upgraded" apartment that has tile and upgraded fixtures. The regular apartments were not well maintained, which is why we chose an upgraded unit. The extra cost involved is not worth the hassle!

Some parts of the grounds are well maintained, but others are left to rot. The gate is always being smashed because people that are not supposed to be parking here try to sneak behind other cars. There is not a separate entrance for guest, so it happens quite often that people follow you in. The premise of this is that there is little to NO security here so don't be fooled by the gate (if it is closed).

I hope that I have impressed on you our feelings about this place!!! This is not the end all, be all, but thoughts from a very frustrated couple!

It's all absolutely true! The party was out of control, and no one to turn too! I also did not get any sleep! We also have all kinds of neighbors making noises, being rude and not following the guidelines set in the lease. It's even worst in the The Business Center - the rules these are: 1. Respect the stations 2. Must be 18 yeras of age or older to use the computer (unless accompanied by an adult) 3. 20 minute limit if others are waiting The place is full of kids playing games, surfing X-rates sites, using foul language and listening to rap music and using their cell phones. You can never get any to use the fax machine and the copies never works! If you say something to them, they give you attitude, and if you complain to management they say they are not suppose to be in there, and that's it! No action is ever taken. Tons of people are moving out of this dump!
