Mold & Mildew, Poor Parking, and Undesirable Neighbors

The landscaping is nice, and reasonably well-kept. The pool has always been open and in good/clean condition as far as I know.
I have run into numerous residents with water intrusion and mold growth complaints in their units as well as their garages. The garage is understandable in south Florida, but not the unit or AC coil.
Parking is still a huge problem with large trucks or fire engines unable to navigate the NW end of the property.
The trash situation is better now that we have nightly pickup Sun thru Thur. The problem is that idiots leave their trash and can outside over the weekend until it gets picked up.
Then you have the Section 8 type renters with hordes of undisciplined kids that roam the property. It is no coincidence that I have run into 12 people that have had their apartments or garages broken into in the past 2 years, including mine! You better have good renter's insurance if you move here.
The only person in the front office willing to help and follow through for the residents was recently layed off (Sharon). Now you are stuck with office personnel who really could care less about whether you renew or not!
Look elsewhere for your next home!
