I lived at The Palms for two years. When we moved in it was a brand new complex. They had a wonderful garbage pick up, which was discontinued after a few months. We then had to take our trash to the dumpster which was always overflowing and surrounded by garbage bags.

The parking was awful, there were not enough spots for the tenants and if you came in late who knows where you would have to park (dangerous for a woman to have to walk alone at night).

When we finally moved out, the leasing office did the walk through with out us. They then said we were responsible for the damage on the carpet. (the only thing wrong with the carpet was normal wear and tear, it was two years old). We are still fighting this issue.
