Been living here for about a month now. The Office Staff are really nice, Jen, Remmy..those are who I came in contact with. The grounds are kept really well, on a monthly basis they're usually there to cut the grass and what's not. Maintenance staff do a great job at handling issues and make sure you're taken care of when they're done. As for the noise..c'mon folks..its an apt complex..you're gonna get the neighbors that make noise sometimes but I haven't experienced anything that's completely unacceptable, or worth calling the cops for. Parking..I would suggest you get a garage so you're sure to have 2 spots reserved for you..otherwise it's a free for all really. Garage is an extra $75 and they're a good size. The gym, pools, basketball court are all in great shape. Yes, there are kids here..lol and kids will be kids..you'll see a group here and there riding their bicycles or whatever but nothing crazy.

Big plus is that it's smack dab in the middle of everything! Near to the mall..shops etc. The only thing I would criticize is the price of the units..it's a bit on the expensive side. For those of you looking to spend about $1000 a month..forget it. I think the 1 Bed 1 Bath run for about $1200.

Sounds like a staff member wrote this ..no mention of the water bills that have doubled...even if you are not using any more water than before!

Well.. 1. I'm not a staff member. 2. Like I said, I've only been living here for about a month..Haven't received a water bill yet. If I felt that was an issue I would have posted it.
