We have had to follow up numerous times on every maintenance issue. If they tell you on the phone they will fix or do something, it is in your best interest to get everything in writing. The air conditioning units are starting to get old and run all the time which runs up the electric bill and they do not want to change them until your electric bill is extremely high. The grounds have papers, bottles, and cigarette butts on them for days before they are picked up. They are nice until you sign the lease.....
