The place was fairly nice when I moved in, but has deteriorated greatly in the last 6 months or so. I echo the other reviewer?s comments regarding the AC units - they have re-charged the freon on mine every few months because of a leak, but they won?t put a new one in. Many new renters have recently moved in, and apparently the lease rules are not being explained to them, or they are simply ignoring them. There is constantly a lot of papers and trash on the grounds, the garbage bin up front overflows, people walk their dogs everywhere (except the designated dog walk area), often leaving piles of dog poop on sidewalks and apartment entrance areas. The A/C in our gym has not worked for the past month, but it doesn?t matter, as I have grown weary of trying to chase out the kids who live in the apartments (and their friends from elsewhere') who use the gym as a hang-out. I have gone into the gym to work out, and instead find myself cleaning up the mess left behind by juveniles (only adults are supposed to be allowed in the gym, which is adjacent to the office). New equipment that was put in a year ago is getting torn up because of the juveniles and the lack of upkeep.

This is a place that touts itself as a "luxury" apartment (and charges that way as their rental rates are quite high relative to other places nearby). It has a gated entry that is frequently getting broken due to drivers running the gate. The staff, while pleasant and well-meaning, do nothing more than agree with you, and are not pro-active in making things better there. I could go on, but I think you get the idea.
