I was disgusted at the reviews I read about this place. I can only believe that these are a few rotten eggs in the entire basket. I have had the BEST experience with The Park. It isn't perfect, but nothing is. When a problem arises..clicking of the fan noise, broken drawer handle, bent blinds, my problem is fixed within two days, if not serious, and that day (running toilet) if serious enough. They even replace my blinds with nicer ones, instead of fixing the old ones. Not only are they polite, but the area is quiet. Yes sometimes there are kids in the gym, but if you have serious people in the gym working out, they are too imtimidated to stay. And my AC is fine. I will say that the gate breaks a lot, but when you have jerks trying to run the gate, that's what happens. The pools are ALWAYS clean, as well as the sidewalks and grass areas. Don't let a few rotten eggs (reviews) ruin your idea of the Park. PLUS it's so close to EVERYTHING!
