Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Poor maintence. I called Exterminator 1X per week and had kitchen caulked but it still didn't help. I was told extermination service treated apartment as a 'courtesy'. One of the worst places I ever lived. I still shiver when I think of the roaches in kitchen.
