Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
I lived here from 1999 to 2000, while in school at Nova, and even back then it was starting to have some problems. There was a bug problem, but for us it was not roaches, it was HUGE carpenter ants!! (And the small ones too, but they aren't as scary). The apartment layout was great, but we also had some water problems around the front door and the washing machine. Having the W/D in the unit WAS a nice feature, however. They tried to screw us out of the deposit at the end, but when we threatened legal action, they gave it back. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
