I have lived at Reflections for 3 years. My experience has been okay in that I like my apartment and I have great neighbors. The more negative experiences have been with the management. In my experience, calls are not returned in a timely manner, repairs take weeks, and they are generally not friendly people. I have been a good tennant and rarely have a reason to call management, but in my few experiences trying to work with them, I have not walked away feeling good about where I live. I will be moving in August.
