I have been living in Reflectoins for the past two years and our lease is up 7/31 and we are not renewing...The maintenance crew is only good for showing up to your apartment in a timely manner but as for actually fixing the problem, forget it. My upstairs bathroom faucet has been leaking since I moved in and they sent out two ppl to look at it and the last one said that they needed to order some part for it and I'm still waiting. My microwave has been serviced 4 times!!! And get this, it still doesn't work! I finally had to pull out my old microwave and use that instead. When we first moved in, they said that they would fix the fornt access gates but I've yet to see them working. Oh and did I mention this so called exercise room that they have' absolutely NOTHING works! And that's not exaggerating...

When it comes to noise levels and the sort, it's actually a quiet area. There aren't any young, loud kids around my building and pool is actually not bad. But there is no jacuzzi (even tho there is a spot made for it). Our rent went up $56 the first year, which was fine. Now for the second renewal, they want an extra $200!!! So, we said hell no! Now that we have put in our 30 days notice to vacate they're telling us that they have to do a mandatory carpet cleaning for $35 and it comes out of our security deposit'!'! That's a load of crap!

All in all, the area is nice, but managemnet isn't what it seems. I'm glad to be getting out.

Have you thought about the newly renovated condos at Villas de Venezia? You'd be amazed at what they've done with the place.
